Our agricultural and popular tradition allows us to draw from antique production processes that find their efficiency and reliability trough centuries of experimentation and evaluation.

The ancient population, not being able to preserve chilling or freezing food products, had developed a conservation process that give them the possibility to consume in the winter season the summery products without losing the integrity and the quality of the taste.

This knowledge has arrived to us thanks to an oral history from mother to daughter, allowing us to obtain a product valued and of inimitable taste, result of a particular relationship of respect with a land that, reached us intact from far times, must not be absolutely stressed.

The organic conservation is born but also the organic cultivation, with plants that only grow of water and sun, whose products are conserved in oil, without any type of preservative.

Our production remains therefore limited, coherently with a mission that aimed exclusively for the quality and the taste.
